The main entrance, to the north, take a visitor past a reception area to a dramatic atrium overlook. The upper floor is comprised of offices and conference space. The lower level, when not directly accessed from the exterior or elevator, is accessed by a set of timber tread and aircraft cable stairs. The atrium provides a visual connection with the lower level. The upper level large conference room features a private balcony to the south, the buildings most visible elevation. Weekend entertaining and networking events are a regular occurrence. As such, the lower level employee break room doubles as an evening and lounge with a u-shaped serving bar. Overflow space is available to the interior, the center atrium, and towards the enclosed area to the west. This enclosed area has three overhead doors that are opened when weather permits. The exterior is primarily clad in two colors of concrete-impregnated wood panels. Wood siding and black masonry veneer complete the exterior palette. |
