COMMERCIAL, OFFICE, REPURPOSE, TENANT IMPROVEMENT
LOCATION: OMAHA, NE SIZE: 17,000 SF Inflection Tenant ImprovementHerrera provided full architectural services for the 17,000 sf Inflection Tenant Improvement. Initially contracted with the building owner, the former industrial and manufacturing facility was gutted. The demolition revealed the metal truss work. The exposed trusses were maintained as a design feature. The business functions as a customer service center with operators filling the majority of the open floor plan. The space was designed to allow for an initial employee count of 100 with the ability to expand to 150 with very little capital expenditure. As a benefit, the company provides meal services to its employees. A generous buffet line accommodates the daily catering service. The improvements also has a large conference room which may be subdivided with a movable partition. The color scheme reflects Inflection's corporate colors.
