Location: Oakville Ontario, Canada Size: 35,000 SF Kiewit Infrastructure TIHerrera was retained for programming, space planning, schematic design, and design consultation. The project consolidated Kiewit's local offices and department. As a cost saving measure and design feature, the overhead structure was left exposed. New infrastructure, cabling, electrical, fire suppression system, and miscellaneous mechanical and plumbing was highlighted by the color scheme.
