The development seeks to provide a pedestrian friendly face. The design breaks down the overall scale by minimizing the impact of the roof line at the building ends. The building serves as the first visual marker that includes a related apartment complex to the south.
The wood framed building is veneered with a combination of two tumbled brick colors, natural stone, cementitious siding, and aluminum storefront system. |
