LOCATION: OMAHA, NE SIZE: 23,000 SF Midwest Mechanical Contractors, Inc.MMC Contractors is a national mechanical contractor specializing in building large, complex projects. Its Omaha facility is located in a suburban business park to provide ease of access to the interstate. Within the 23,000 sf pre-engineered building are conferencing, office, break room, CAD center, and other support functions. Over half of the ground level ares is dedicated to assembly of project mechanical and plumbing components. The assembly area is fitted with a combination of bridge and jib cranes.
