Omaha Business Park - Building 20
Kiewit Tenant Improvement

The initial phase of the project consisted of a life/safety code review of the three story office building.  Each floor plate is 60,000 sf.
The second floor was renovated to accommodate approximately 300 employees.  The office arrangement is open cubicle format.  Offices, huddle areas, small and large conferences are included, as well as a break room, coffee bars, and renovated restrooms and vertical transportation systems.
