Location: Southeast, NE Owner: Private Size: 4,800 SF addition on two levels, 900 SF of renovation Private Residence, AdditionPerched on a 34 acre site, this addition was designed to take advantage of the wooded boundary of the property. The traditional design orients visitors to the property's south where they'll enjoy views of the stream flowing into a pond and continuing beyond. The rounded porch to the west allows for exterior dining and with it's low eave permits watching of oncoming storms. Within is a large, walk-in sized fire place and multiple seating areas to accommodate the regular multi-generation gatherings. The entry into the addition is the former kitchen which serves as a pantry, storage, and serving counter.
