The facility includes a canopy over a three-land drive thru and the ATM. The facility is a two-story office building, approximately 25,000 SF located in the West Dodge Hills Development. The prime tenant, URB occupies the entire ground level with its public facing operations and a portion of the upper floor with back of house functions. The upper level features a Class A lobby with additional business tenants.
